'Go easy' is a stunning Caribbean colonial style residence, conceived by renowned architects Gillespie and Steel, with some 10,000 square feet of covered space. The house is comprehensively equipped and tastefully furnished throughout with beautiful wooden furniture imported from Indonesia complemented with local upholstered furniture.
Life in the main house centres around the Great Room which opens onto an extremely spacious covered living patio. Relaxing in the comfortable lounge furniture guests enjoy views over the infinity edge swimming pool,
gardens and private tennis court to the sea beyond.
Each of the four spacious air conditioned bedrooms in the main house has a private balcony. The magnificent marble tiled en suite bathrooms are a particular feature of the property. Those guests who prefer not to use air conditioning will enjoy the way the bedrooms have been designed to take advantage of the cooling trade winds. Three of the four bedrooms have four poster beds. In addition one room has a full size 3 ft day bed. Each room has a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a dressing room with a safe and hairdryer. All bedrooms are equipped with best quality Egyptian cotton bedding, towels and bath robes.
Meals are taken at the magnificent 14 seat marble table on the dining patio. Surrounded by tropical foliage, the patio enjoys cooling breezes supplemented by ceiling fans. A water feature flows under a wooden bridge between the dining and living patios.
The air conditioned family room provides a comfortable hideaway to enjoy state of the art video/audio entertainment.
The pool pavilion/bar, a perfect location for 'sundowners' with it's well equipped kitchen magnificent 48 inch built in gas barbecue, provides a great spot for lunch or casual evening dining.
A guest cottage provides flexible accommodation with two air conditioned double/twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sharing a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage bedrooms open onto a shaded patio by the swimming pool.
Lorraine, the house manager, will liaise with you before arrival and will arrange airport transfers, car hire, restaurant bookings etc. She will greet you on arrival at Go easy with a refreshing welcome drink on the terrace and be on hand throughout your stay to help make your time at Go easy relaxing and enjoyable.
The cook will be on duty preparing sumptuous breakfasts to start your day. She will discuss menus and prepare lunches and dinners as required.
The Housekeepers keep the house spotless, servicing bedrooms and bathrooms each morning and will launder any clothes as required.
All of the staff take Sunday as a day off. Additional staff such as Butler, babysitters etc. can be hired as required.
